be coached, videoed and taught by top slalom paddlers.
Evening sessions will include video analysis, stretching, physiology
and nutrition.
This camp leads up to MKC's annual slalom race,
which will be held mid-week on Wednesday July 8th.

The This 2-day weekend focuses on outfitting, rigging and
selection of gear specifically for
multi-day northern river trips. Practice sessions will include swimming
with and
rescuing a fully loaded boat, big water and remote dynamics. This course
is for
experienced paddlers – more about the bigger picture rather than stroke
technique.
